Payment & Refunds

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Zarma processes all transactions securely in Indian Rupees (INR/₹). To ensure seamless B2B operations, we accept the following payment methods through our secure gateway:

  • Bank Transfers: NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS directly to Zarma's corporate accounts.
  • Digital Payments: UPI (Unified Payments Interface) and authorized corporate wallets.
  • Cards: Corporate Credit and Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay).

2. The 30% Credit Facility

Eligible partners with verified operational histories may opt into our financial flexibility program. Under this scheme, you may pay 70% of your total invoice upfront and defer the remaining 30%.

Important: While an active credit balance remains unsettled on your account, the system will temporarily lock your ability to place new inventory orders. Once the 30% due is cleared, full purchasing capabilities are instantly restored.

3. Invoicing & GST

All prices displayed in the catalog are exclusive of GST until the checkout stage. At checkout, our automated system calculates the exact CGST, SGST, or IGST based on your registered business address and the specific HSN codes of the pharmaceutical products.

B2B tax invoices are generated instantly upon order dispatch and can be downloaded from the "My Orders" section of your dashboard for your input tax credit (ITC) filings.

4. Refund Eligibility

Due to the critical nature of the medical supply chain, returns and refunds are governed strictly. You are eligible to claim a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Dispatch: The batch, brand, or dosage delivered does not match the invoice.
  • Damaged Goods: Physical damage to primary packaging (strips, vials, bottles) discovered upon delivery.
  • Near-Expiry: Products delivered with less than the mutually agreed minimum shelf-life remaining.

All discrepancies must be reported with photographic evidence via the Zarma app within 48 hours of delivery receipt.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Zarma will strictly deny refund or return requests in the following scenarios:

  • Unsold Inventory: We do not accept returns for slow-moving or unsold stock.
  • Cold-Chain Violations: For temperature-sensitive items (e.g., vaccines, insulin), no refunds will be issued if the temperature-controlled seal is broken or tampered with after successful delivery.
  • Late Reporting: Any claims made after the 48-hour inspection window has closed.

6. Refund Process & Timelines

Once a return request is verified and the physical stock is collected by our logistics partner, the refund process is initiated.

  • Zarma Wallet: Refunds can be credited to your Zarma wallet within 24 hours for immediate use on future orders.
  • Source Account: Refunds routed back to your original bank account or credit card typically take 3 to 5 business days to reflect, depending on your banking institution.
