Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Zarma platform (web portal or mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Zarma operates exclusively as a B2B (Business-to-Business) pharmaceutical supply chain network. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
2. Eligibility & KYC Requirements
Participation in the Zarma network is strictly limited to legally authorized business entities. To maintain an active account, you must comply with the following:
- Licensing: You must possess and upload a valid Drug License (Form 20B/21B or equivalent) authorizing the wholesale or retail sale of pharmaceutical products.
- Tax Registration: A valid GST IN and PAN card must be linked to your business account.
- Verification: Zarma reserves the right to suspend accounts pending physical or digital KYC verification at any time.
3. Orders, Pricing & Credit
All catalog prices, invoices, and transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated on the final checkout screen.
- Credit Facility: Eligible partners may utilize our 30% credit system (pay 70% upfront, 30% later). While an outstanding credit balance exists, the system will automatically restrict new order placements to maintain financial ecosystem stability.
- Order Fulfillment: Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. Zarma reserves the right to cancel or modify orders based on stock availability, batch expiry limits, or credit holds.
4. Shipping & Operations
We are committed to maintaining the integrity of the medical supply chain from warehouse to your door.
Deliveries will only be made to the registered business address listed on your Drug License. For temperature-sensitive products (e.g., vaccines), Zarma utilizes verified cold-chain logistics. You are responsible for inspecting cold-chain logs and product conditions immediately upon receipt.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the critical nature of pharmaceutical supplies, our return window is strictly enforced:
Discrepancies, damaged goods, or near-expiry items must be reported via the Zarma app within 48 hours of delivery. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or Zarma wallet within 3-5 business days. We do not accept returns for unsold inventory or cold-chain items where the temperature seal was broken after successful delivery.
6. Account Termination
Zarma reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if we detect:
- Suspension or cancellation of your state Drug License or GST registration.
- Fraudulent activities, counterfeit reporting, or unauthorized distribution.
- Consistent failure to clear credit balances within the stipulated timeframes.
